Community Forestry and Livelihood management

Capacity building strategy involves trainings/refresher training, coaching, study and exchange visits. These methodologies are to enhance knowledge and skills and capacity of community leader and members, processing group. Capacity building is a strategy to promote sustainability of the programme beyond project. Also capacity building through forum, Exchange visits and best-practice sharing workshops are crucial to information sharing and gaining new knowledge that build more confidence and ability of target beneficiaries in raising their issues and concerns, negotiating for solutions and continue the positive outcomes. This will also bring potential coordination and collaboration work with among community members, networks and relevant stakeholder.
