Pen Makara (Mr.)

Mr. Pen Makara has worked in advocacy field related to sustainable natural resources management, community development and enhance young environmental activists for 5 years. He has obtained experiences from several countries abroad and used to deal directly with some donors such as SSNC, OXFAM, Rockefeller Foundation, McKnight Foundation. Mr. Pen Makara holds 2 Master degrees in Entrepreneurship and Socio-economics from universities in France. Besides NGO projects, he also experienced working along with the government for 4 years, involving in a few projects related with the Council of Ministers, Ministry of Interiors ad Ministry of Economics and Finance. He currently serves as a Senior Vice-President of a bank in Cambodia and continues involving in a few other social projects voluntarily.
