Staff Capacity Building Component (SCABC)
CEPA is solid non-governmental organization in Cambodia, it has been implemented several programs associate with community based fishery and forestry resources management, watershed management, capacity building of local communities and students, NGOs workers, and government officers, advocacy for sustainable livelihood and natural resources in Cambodia. Thus CEPA requires improving capacity of staff to be able to offer the training course to target group within efficiencies, effectiveness, and sustainability in term of human resources development. Additional CEPA needs to grow up therefore human resources development is the top priority during this three years manmade.
